मुख्यमंत्री श्री भूपेश बघेल ने राज्य के गौठानों में गोधन न्याय योजना के तहत क्रय किए जा रहे गोबर से निर्मित उच्च जैविक गुणों से भरपूर सुपर कम्पोस्ट खाद को राज्य के किसानों के लिए लॉच किया। किसानों को रियायती दर पर उच्च जैविक विशेषताओं वाली सुपर कम्पोस्ट खाद सहकारी समितियों में 02 किलो, 05 किलो और 30 किलो के बैग में मिलेगी। जिसका न्यूनतम मूल्य 6 रूपए किलो है। गौठानों में गोबर से वर्मी कम्पोस्ट के साथ-साथ अब सुपर कम्पोस्ट खाद का भी उत्पादन किया जा रहा है। मुख्यमंत्री श्री भूपेश बघेल ने इस अवसर पर गौठान समितियों और महिला स्व-सहायता समूहों को 3 करोड़ 06 लाख रूपए की लाभांश राशि का भी अंतरण किया। इस अवसर पर विधानसभा अध्यक्ष डॉ. चरणदास महंत सहित मंत्रिमंडल के सदस्यगण उपस्थित थे।
गौरतलब है कि मुख्यमंत्री श्री भूपेश बघेल द्वारा राज्य में पशुधन संरक्षण, ग्रामीणों, पशुपालकों और किसानों को अतिरिक्त आय के साथ -साथ जैविक खेती को बढ़ावा देने के उद्देश्य से 20 जुलाई 2020 को गोधन न्याय योजना की शुरूआत की गई। इस योजना के तहत् गौठानों में 2 रूपए किलो की दर से गोबर क्रय कर महिला समूहों के माध्यम से वर्मी कम्पोस्ट एवं अन्य उत्पाद तैयार करने के शुरूआत की गई। राज्य में निर्मित 5586 गौठानों में अब तक 47.65 लाख क्विंटल गोबर क्रय किया जा चुका है, जिसके एवज में गोबर विक्रेताओं को 95 करोड़ 31 लाख रूपए का भुगतान किए गए हैं। गौठानों में अब तक 2 लाख 26 हजार 316 क्विंटल वर्मी कम्पोस्ट खाद का उत्पादन तथा एक लाख 21 हजार 172 क्विंटल खाद का विक्रय किसानों एवं शासकीय विभागों को किया गया है। गौठानों में अब महिला स्व सहायता समूहों द्वारा सुपर कम्पोस्ट खाद भी तैयार की जाने लगी है। गौठानों में संचालित विभिन्न आय मूलक गतिविधियों से स्व सहायता समूहों को अब तक 18 करोड़ 64 लाख रूपए की आय प्राप्त हुई है।
Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel has launched the high-quality ‘Super Compost Manure’, produced from the cow dung procured under Godhan Nyay Yojana in gauthans of the state. Farmers can get this super compost fertilizer from cooperative societies at a discounted rate in bags of 02 kg, 05 kg and 30 kg. The minimum value of which is Rs 6/ kg. Along with vermi compost, the cow dung procured is also being utilized for production of super compost manurein the Gauthans. On the occasion, Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel also transferred a dividend amount of Rs. 3 crore 06 lakh to gauthan committees and women self-help groups. Members of the cabinet, including Speaker of the Legislative Assembly Dr. Charan Das Mahant were present on the occasion.
It is to be noted that Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel launched Godhan Nyaya Yojana on July 20, 2020, with the objective of promoting livestock conservation, organic farming, additional income sources for villagers, livestock farmers and farmers in the state. Under this scheme, cow dung is procured at the rate of Rs. 2 kg in gauthans, which is utilized for the production of vermi compost and other products by women groups. So far, 47.65 lakh quintal of cow dung has been purchased in 5586 Gothans in the state, in lieu of which Rs 95 crore 31 lakh has been paid to the cow dung vendors. So far, production of 2 lakh 26 thousand 316 quintal vermi compost manure and one lakh 21 thousand 172 quintal fertilizer has been sold to farmers and government departments. Now super compost fertilizer is also being prepared by women self-help groups in gauthans. So far, self-help groups have received an income of Rs 18 crore 64 lakh from various income oriented activities conducted in gauthans.
