The eight-octane mother of eight hawks is of eight sides, most of the people know this, but the information of the south-south is only for the few people. Janjgir is famous in the name of the temple of Ashbhashvi Mata, located at a distance of 11 km south east from Mumbai station on the Mumbai Howrah railway route. Nearly 10 years ago, this village has become the nagar panchayat and it is now progressing towards development. Here, the devotees feel the tension for the visit of mother Ashtabhuji on Navratri.

Apart from the district in Navaratri, devotees of Raigad, Bilaspur and Korba districts are reaching. In the temple, there is a life-size statue of the mother Ashtabhuji’s granite stone. The eight-headed mother is also southward. In this regard, Prafulla Deshmukh of the town told that the Goddess is not south-south even in the south except the south-facing black mother of Calcutta and the south-south side of Ashtbhuji Devi of Aadhar across India. Jagat Janani Mata Ashtabhuji’s temple is built under two huge tamarind trees.
