Damakheda – Kabeer Panth Aashram

The pilgrimage site of Kabir Panthis near Chhattisgarh’s capital Raipur. Here devotees from all over the world come to visit. On the route of Raipur-Bilaspur, 10 km from Sigma is a small village. It is considered the largest center of the faith of the Kabbirs.

Based on the truth, knowledge, and humanistic theories of Kabir, Kabir Math was established in Damekheda in 1903.

In the year 1903, a Kabir ashram damakheda was established by the 12th Guru of Kabirpant, Agrani Sir Sahab, on the auspicious occasion of Dussehra. Since then Damaskheda is famous as the pilgrimage place of Kabir Panthis.

Kabir Saheb Damakheda is considered to be the biggest center of faith of Kabirpantis. Devotees from all over the world come here to visit.

This ashram is believed that 100 years ago. The Kabir Math was established here by Guru Agardas Swami, 12th Guru of Kabirpanth. Kabir hut and building have been constructed near the tomb.

In the poems, couplets and chaupai etc. are written very artistically.

दामाखेड़ा – कबीर पंथ आश्रम (हिंदी)

छत्तीसगढ़ की राजधानी रायपुर के समीप कबीर पंथियों की तीर्थ स्थल है। यहां देश-दुनिया से श्रद्धालु दर्शन के लिए आते हैं। रायपुर-बिलासपुर सड़क मार्ग पर सिगमा से 10 किमी की दूरी पर एक छोटा सा ग्राम है। यह कबीरपंथियों के आस्था का सबसे बड़ा केंद्र माना जाता है। कबीर साहब के सत्य, ज्ञान, तथा मानवतावादी सिंद्धांतों पर आधारित दामाखेड़ा में कबीर मठ की स्थापना 1903 में कबीरपंथ के 12वें गुरु अग्रनाम साहब ने दशहरा के शुभ अवसर पर की थी। तब से दामाखेड़ा कबीर पंथियों के तीर्थ स्थालों के रूप में प्रसिद्ध है।

वहीं समाधि मंदिर में कबीर साहब की जीवनी को बड़े ही मनमोहक एवं कलात्मक ढंग से दीवारों में नक्काशी कर उकेरा गया है। कबीर साहब के प्रगट स्थल की जीवंत झांकी यहां पर श्रद्धालु देखने के लिए देशदुनिया से आते हैं। समाधि मंदिर के मध्य में वंशगुरु उग्रनाम एवं गुरु माताओं की समाधियां स्थित हैं साथ ही यहां पर कबीर पंथ के प्रथम वंश गुरु मुक्तामणि नाम साहब का मंदिर बना हुआ है। जिसके ठीक सामने कबीर पंथ का प्रतीक सफेद ध्वज संगमरमर के चबूतरे पर लहरा रहा है। श्रद्धालु यहां माथा टेकते हैं। पंथ और अनुयायियों की यह तीर्थ स्थली विश्व प्रसिद्ध है।
