The International Hockey Stadium is a hockey stadium located in Rajnandgaon, Chhattisgarh. The stadium is Chhattisgarh’s first international Astroturf Hockey Stadium, spread over an area of ​​approximately 9.5 acres, and was dedicated to the public by the state Governor Shekhar Dutt and Chief Minister Ram Nath Singh in January 2014, constructed at an estimated cost of Rs 22 crore.

The exhibition match between Governor XI and CM’s XI involved some international players, including Indian hockey men’s team captain Sardar Singh, Harjot Singh, Afan Yusuf, Lalit Upadhyay and others.

It was the second major international standard sports infrastructure promoted by Raman Singh, which was built by the state government at the Raipur International Cricket Stadium in Naya Raipur at an estimated cost of Rs 100 crore.
