The Nehru Art Files is located in the center of Bhilai. It is located in the Civic Center, with windows built in the very old days and the concept of supermarkets did not come to India in those days. Later, the supermarket was moved to a new building. Therefore, it was briefly used by the Bhilai Mahila Samaj before the facility was modified in artist rooms. Artist windows display many rich creations and arts.
