Chhattisgarh tableau rolling down the majestic Rajpath today gave a glimpse of the state’s vast art and culture. The tableau immediately became a hit amongst the internet users with every one sharing the pictures of the tableau on Facebook and Twitter.
NDTV twitter handle has described the tableau as the artistic beauty of local life of Chhattisgarh, while India Today wrote that the tableaux depict the vast Indian culture. One India shared the picture of Chhattisgarh tableau with a caption “Magic of Chhattisgarh’s tableau continues”. The Financial Express and Hindustan Times too appreciated the tableau and shared the pictures.
A Twitter user, Neelam Sinha commented, “It is a moment of pride… Chhattisgarh’s tableau depicts the tribal life and vast culture of the state.”
Chief Guest of the 71st Republic Day celebrations, Brazil President Jair Messias Bolsonaro along with President Ram Nath Kovind, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other dignitaries received the tableau with waving hands as it passed in front of the saluting base at Rajpath.
The spectators greeted the tableau with huge round of applause.
